David is turning 3. To celebrate, he invited over some friends for the "race of the century"!
(and possibly some cake)
After creating their own race cars, the kids were ready to race- daddy style. Eva and HJ are discussing racing strategies.
"Gentlemen (and ladies), start your engines!"
And off they went, with Lightning McQueen aka David taking the lead!
Hmmm... where did Randy and HJ disappear to? Apparently they got a slow start.3 is looking like a good year!!!

Hannah surprised me with some birthday cake at work after the party.... John and I just sat there and laughed while she went on and on about how much fun she had! Sounds like and looks like David's party was a success! Good thing considering the months he has spent awaiting and talking about this day!
Happy Birthday Dave! When I come to your house we are going to have a Car birthday party! I would tell you what I got you for your birthday but my mom says I have to wait for you to open my present. Can't wait to play... don't worry I have been watching Cars everyday and I just about have it memorized.
