San Diego Vacation

We are having a great time on our vacation here in San Diego. The weather has actually been overcast and cooler, so we have been spending time exploring museums. We found a great children's museum where David discovered lots of things that were perfect for him to play with.

As fun as the children's museum was, the water fountains in Balboa Park were the highlight of David's day. The people friendly pidgeons were an added bonus!

This morning we went to Seaport Village and explored lots of little shops. David really liked the boats and the fire engines that were there for some reason. The firemen stopped and turned their lights on for David and waved to him. Sorry, we didn't get a picture of that one.
We found a bookstore and coffee shop where David got caught up on Thomas the Train books.
It just started warming up outside. We are allowing the sun time a little more time to come out of hiding while David naps here. We are headed to Legoland tomorrow. We will have more pictures to come....
